Whenever I think of a trip to Spain, its exceptional cuisine always comes to my mind. I always search new restaurants to try, not leaving off the list those specialized in tapas, as the Lateral de Madrid (I’ve already talked about it here).
My today’s tip is the restaurant Tapas 24 in Barcelona. Commanded by the Chef Carles Abellan, once part of the El Bulli of Ferran Adria, it’s a relaxing and small place. It has few tables inside, a counter and tables on the outside.
We got to sit at the counter, where it was possible to appreciate all the Chef’s work, what made the program be even more special.
The only problem is that the restaurante doesn’t make reservations and it’s super requested, usually having a line at the door. But worth the wait! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is lively. Fun guaranteed!
